When the gram cools down, take out a quarter of it and mash it lightly with the hand. This is so that the masala of gram can be thick. Now offer a cooker on low flame on gas. Put about 2 teaspoons of refined in the cooker. As soon as the oil is hot, add one teaspoon of cumin, half a teaspoon of asafetida, one and a half teaspoon gram masala, half a teaspoon turmeric, less than half a teaspoon of ground chili, one teaspoon of mango powder, green chopped chilli and chopped ginger. After this, stir the spices and put both mashed gram and boiled gram together immediately.
Now mix it well. Fry it for about 5 minutes and put green coriander finely in it. After 5 minutes, add about a glass of water and salt as per taste. Mix the gram again and close the cooker and speed up the gas flame. Turn off the cooker gas after 3-4 whistles. When the whistle comes out, take out the gram in the pot. Now your gram is ready to eat.
