  • Reason: Dussehra (Mahanavami/Vijayadashami), Ordnance Puja and Durga Puja (tenth)
  • Where banks will remain closed: Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, West Bengal, Tripura, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, Nagaland and Meghalaya

2 October 2025

  • Reason: Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and Dussehra
  • Where banks will be closed: all over the country (national holiday)

20 October 2025

  • Reason: Diwali, Narak Chaturdashi and Kali Puja
