Subhaspa chief and UP government cabinet ministers Om Prakash Rajbhar have written a letter to JP Nadda, Anupriya Patel, Mallikarjun Kharge, Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati to implement the “Social Justice Committee” report immediately. He wrote in the letter that, by dividing 27% reservation of OBC into three parts in Uttar Pradesh, each class got its real part.

OP Rajbhar wrote in his letter that, in Uttar Pradesh in the year 2001, under the chairmanship of Hukum Singh ji, “Social Justice Committee was formed with the intention that by distributing 27% reservation for the Other Backward Classes in Uttar Pradesh, the benefits of reservation should also be given to all the remaining castes of backward classes. The said committee had prepared its detailed report and presented the Ramaksha of the government, after this, the government’s report was finished, which ended the reference to the government, after this the said committee was finished by the said committee. After the above tenure of the Uttar Pradesh government, the Bahujan Samaj Party and Samajwadi Party government was not divided into 27% reservation by the governments in Uttar Pradesh till the year 2017 nor the above report of the Social Justice Committee was implemented, some castes of the backward class kept taking most of the reservation and the rest of the backward castes could not get the benefit of reservation and remained deprived.

Punna in the year 2017: The Bharatiya Janata Party government was formed and a three -member “Social Justice Committee was again formed under the chairmanship of Justice Radhavendra Singh (Se N) by the Uttar Pradesh Government. This committee has suggested that the committee has given the benefit of 7% reservation to backward class by dividing 27% reservation to backward classes, and 9% of the backward class by 9%, and 9% of the most backward class by dividing 27% reservation to the backward classes in three parts. Go and submit the report to the government with its consultation to implement it.

He further wrote in his letter, why the benefits of reservation by dividing 27 percent reservation for the Other Backward Classes, 07 percent backward class, 09 percent backward class and 11 percent backward classes are not being raised from the open platform by the opposition parties.
