There is bad news for the fans of the popular reality show "Bigg Boss Kannada" in Karnataka. The State Pollution Control Board has issued an order to close the show's studio with immediate effect.
The studio is located in the Bidadi area of Bengaluru South district, where the show has been shooting for many years. But now the show has been ordered to close down immediately.Notice Issued by the KSPCB
A company named "Wells Studios and Entertainment Private Limited" had started large-scale entertainment and studio operations without the necessary permits. The board clarified that the studio had not obtained the necessary permits under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
What Does the Board's Letter Say?
The board's letter says, "Large-scale entertainment activities and studio operations are being organized in your area without obtaining the necessary establishment and operating consent. Therefore, all activities should be stopped immediately and an explanation should be submitted within the stipulated time."
