Jon Kay and Sarah Campbell sent their support to Dolly Parton on Wednesday's BBC Breakfast after the country singer pulled out of her recent appearance due to illness.
Dolly's sister Freida asked fans to "send their prayers" in a heartfelt statement on Facebook.
"Last night, I was up all night praying for my sister, Dolly," Freida wrote. "I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I have been led to ask all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors and pray with me."
"She's strong, she's loved, and with all the prayers being lifted for her, I know in my heart she's going to be just fine. Godspeed, my sissy Dolly. We all love you!"
Dolly has been flooded with support from fans following the announcement, and hosts Jon and Sarah also took a moment to send their wishes to the singer.

Jon announced, "11 minutes past seven and Dolly Parton's sister has asked fans to pray for the singer after she postponed a forthcoming Las Vegas residency due to what are being called unspecified health issues."
Sarah continued, "Posting on Facebook, Freida Parton said that she truly believes in the power of prayer, adding that she knows Dolly will be just fine.
"The 79-year-old recently delayed her December concerts until next September, telling fans that she needs a few procedures to deal with ongoing health challenges."
"Hopefully everything will be all right," Jon went on as Sarah added, "Sending our best, yeah, definitely."

Last month, Dolly announced that she would be postponing her Las Vegas residency, which was originally scheduled from December 4 to December 13 at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace, until September 2026 due to "health challenges".
She shared on Instagram, "I want the fans and public to hear directly from me that, unfortunately, I will need to postpone my upcoming Las Vegas concerts.
"As many of you know, I have been dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures."
BBC Breakfast airs daily at 6am on BBC One.
