Haryana’s Lado Lakshmi Yojana: No ₹2,100 Monthly Benefit If You’re Already Enrolled in These 9 Schemes — Check Full List
Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025: Who Gets ₹2,100 and Who Doesn’t — Full Eligibility & Exclusion Rules Explained
The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana has become one of Haryana’s most talked-about welfare programs, promising ₹2,100 per month to women across the state. While registration for the scheme has already begun, not everyone is eligible to receive the benefit. The Haryana government has made it clear that women who are already receiving money under certain existing government pension or welfare schemes will not be able to apply for this one.
Here’s a detailed look at the eligibility rules, the list of nine schemes that can make you ineligible, and how to apply if you qualify.
Scheme Overview
The Lado Lakshmi Yojana aims to provide financial assistance to economically weaker women in Haryana. Applications opened recently, and the government plans to start direct transfers of ₹2,100 per month from November 1, 2025.
Under the first phase, only women belonging to families with an annual income of less than ₹1 lakh are eligible to apply. The scheme is expected to benefit nearly 20 lakh women across the state.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched a dedicated mobile app on September 25, 2025, allowing women to check their eligibility, register online, track application status, and even file complaints related to the scheme.
Who Will Not Get ₹2,100 Under Lado Lakshmi Yojana
If you or your family members are already benefiting from the following nine welfare schemes, you will not be eligible for the ₹2,100 monthly assistance under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana:
S.No. | Scheme Name | Monthly Benefit |
---|---|---|
1 | Old Age Pension Scheme | ₹3,000 |
2 | Widow Pension Scheme | ₹2,500 |
3 | Disability Pension Scheme | ₹3,000 |
4 | Ladli Social Security Scheme | ₹3,000 |
5 | Kashmiri Refugee Family Assistance Scheme | ₹1,500 |
6 | Dwarf Allowance Scheme | ₹1,600 |
7 | Acid Attack Victim Assistance Scheme | Up to 4.5× Disability Pension |
8 | Widow & Unmarried Women Pension Scheme | ₹2,750 |
9 | Padma Awardee Haryana Gaurav Samman Scheme | ₹10,000 |
Women receiving benefits under any of the above schemes cannot claim the ₹2,100 monthly allowance under Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
Additional Disqualification Conditions
Apart from the above list, certain other criteria can also make a woman ineligible:
-
If the woman or any family member pays income tax
-
If the woman or a family member holds a government job
-
If anyone in the family receives a government pension
-
If the annual family income exceeds ₹1 lakh
These conditions ensure that the scheme reaches those who truly need financial support — primarily low-income and non-salaried households.
Who Can Still Apply — Exceptions
The government has, however, made some special exemptions for women facing critical health issues. Women suffering from the following diseases or conditions are still eligible to apply even if they fall under the above categories:
-
Stage 3 or Stage 4 cancer patients
-
Women with rare diseases
-
Patients suffering from Hemophilia, Thalassemia, or Sickle Cell Anemia
These exceptions reflect the government’s commitment to extending financial aid to women facing serious medical challenges.
How to Apply for Lado Lakshmi Yojana
Eligible women can register through the official Lado Lakshmi Yojana mobile app, launched by the Haryana government. The app allows users to:
-
Check eligibility status
-
Submit application forms online
-
Track registration and payment updates
-
Register complaints or queries
The online process is designed to ensure transparency and accessibility, especially for women living in rural areas who may not be able to visit government offices frequently.
Helpline Numbers for Assistance
If applicants face any technical issues or have questions during registration, they can contact the official helpline numbers:
-
Phone: 0172-4880500
-
Toll-Free Number: 1800-180-2231
These helplines will provide guidance related to registration, document requirements, and eligibility verification.
Why This Scheme Matters
The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana represents Haryana’s growing focus on women’s financial empowerment. By directly transferring funds into bank accounts, the government aims to enhance economic independence among women from low-income families.
However, by excluding women already receiving other pensions, the government ensures that the funds reach those not covered under existing welfare schemes. This selective targeting helps maximize the impact of public spending and provides meaningful assistance to women who genuinely need it.
