The shares are expected to finalize October 7 under Tata Capital IPO. The company will start the repayment process on October 7. Shares of Tata Capital are expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on Monday, October 7.

Fifty percent of the IPOs were reserved for eligible institutional buyers (QIB), 5 percent non-organization investors (NII) and at least 5 percent retail investors. In addition, 1.5 million equity shares were reserved for employees.
