Bus Accident: A horrific bus accident occurred in Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday, when rocks fell directly on a passenger bus. In the accident, 18 people died on the spot, while many passengers are still buried in the debris. According to preliminary information, there were about 30 passengers in the bus. A child and three people trapped under the rubble were taken out and sent to the hospital immediately.

According to the information, this horrific accident occurred at 6:25 pm near Barathi in Bilaspur, when the bus was going from Marotan towards Ghumarwin. Then suddenly a large part of the mountain broke near Bhalu and fell on the bus. The bus was completely buried in rocks and soil debris and only a part of the roof was visible. Eyewitnesses said that the rocks fell so fast that the driver did not even get a chance to stop the bus. As soon as the information was received, the local people started relief work and the administration immediately sent NDRF and police teams to the spot.
