Ingredients

10-15 bread slices
4 large boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic-onion paste
A pinch of garam masala
Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
Half teaspoon mustard-cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
Finely chopped green chilies and coriander leaves
Enough oil for frying

Recipe

- First, add the garlic-onion and chili paste to the potatoes and mix well.
- Now, add all the spices and mix. Then, pour 2 teaspoons of oil into a pan and temper it with mustard-cumin seeds.
- Then, add the prepared potato masala. After two minutes, remove from the heat and let it cool down and form small balls.
- Now, remove the edges of the bread slices and dip them in water.


- Place the spice balls on them and press them lightly. Fry them in a non-stick pan.
- Serve the crispy kachoris and enjoy them with yogurt and tamarind chutney.
