CISF Commandant inspected Obra Renuka Chhath Ghat

Keeping in mind the upcoming festivals and big events, CISF Commandant Satish Kumar Singh inspected Renuka Chhath Ghat located in Obra Sector-3 on Wednesday. This event to be held on the banks of Renuka River is considered to be the biggest and grandest event of the project area, special preparations are being made for its smooth and safe operation.

During the inspection, Commandant Satish Kumar Singh took a detailed look at the arrangements of the ghat complex and also evaluated the preparedness of the fire brigade. He directed that the fire brigade team should be fully alert and present on the spot to deal with any emergency during the festival. On this occasion, key officials of Baba Bhuteshwar Darbar Maharudra Seva Samiti were also present.

Commandant Singh discussed in detail with other members including Committee Manager Ram Ashray Bind, President Ajit Pratap Singh and Secretary Sunil Kumar Bind. During the discussion, Commandant Satish Kumar Singh highlighted the importance of Renuka Chhath Ghat and said that this place is famous for its natural beauty and cultural dignity in Sonbhadra district.

He held detailed discussions with the committee officials on the security cover, crowd management, facilities for the devotees and the outline of emergency services, so that this huge event can be conducted completely peacefully and safely. This inspection conducted by CISF is an important step towards further strengthening the preparations for Chhath Mahaparva.
