A fresh ranking has revealed the world's top 50 bars for 2025, and four of them are right here in London. The list is topped by Bar Leone in Hong Kong, with Handshake Speakeasy in Mexico City coming in a close second.
However, you won't have to scroll too far down to see the UK represented. Tayēr + Elementary in London clinched the fifth spot, closely followed by another London establishment, The Connaught, in sixth place.
The ranking, recently unveiled by Condé Nast Traveller, also features two moreLondon watering holes - Satan's Whiskers in 21st place and Scarfes Bar in 31st.

New York made four appearances on the list but pipped London to the post as the 'mixology capital of the world' in the full 100, featuring eight times compared to London's six.
TripAdvisor reviews shed light on why these bars have earned their spots. One chuffed patron of Tayēr + Elementary penned: " Great experience! This is one of the best cocktail bars in the world. Friendly staff, nice service, awesome drinks, I will definitely comeback."
Another added: "We went on a Tuesday so only Elementary was open (the front bar). Dog friendly and great service. The 4 cocktails we tried were very good considering they were bottled/on tap (pre made). "Balanced, strong, clean. Very good! The oysters stole the show. Get the oysters. Incredible."
One patron of The Connaught penned: "As a guest of The Connaught it was such a treat to have The Connaught Bar as one of our spots for pre-dinner drinks or a night cap.
"Polished service, professional & knowledgeable servers, and a vibrant atmosphere. If you fancy yourself a proper martini, look no further."
Another added: "We had a drink here after dinner. A top bar and a lovely space to end our evening. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is Chic, extravagant, and fascinating."
