Zoho Mail, owned by the local company Zoho Group, is gaining popularity among users these days. If you want to receive all incoming emails from your Gmail account on Zoho Mail, you just need to make a few simple settings.
Zoho Mail, along with the Arattai instant messaging app from the local company Zoho Group, is also gaining popularity among users. Recently, Home Minister Amit Shah created an account on Zoho Mail. If you have also created an account on Zoho Mail and want to receive all emails from your Gmail account on Zoho Mail, it's quite easy. You just need to make a few simple settings, after which all emails from Gmail will be sent to Zoho Mail.
What's the method?
To receive incoming emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail, you first need to go to Gmail and enable email forwarding. After this, all incoming emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail will be received on Zoho Mail. This works similarly to setting up call forwarding on your phone. Let's explore the entire process...
First, log in to your Gmail account.
- Next, go to Settings and click or tap on the See All Settings option.
- Then, go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
- Here, under the Forwarding option at the top, type in your Zoho Mail ID.
- A test email link will then be sent to your Zoho Mail account from Gmail for confirmation.
- As soon as you click on the confirmation link in the email sent to Zoho Mail, the email forwarding option will be enabled.
- This way, all emails from Gmail to your Gmail will be received on Zoho Mail.
Keep these things in mind
When you access the forwarding option for Gmail email, you'll be asked whether you want your forwarded email to remain in Gmail. If you want it to remain in Gmail, you'll need to click on the Keep Gmail's copy in Inbox option. You'll also find options to Mark Gmail's copy as read, Archive Gmail's copy, and Delete Gmail's copy. You can choose these options as per your convenience.
