Process to forward emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail

You can easily forward all your emails to Zoho Mail by turning on a simple setting in Gmail. The special thing is that for this you do not need to completely close your Gmail account.

Follow these easy steps to switch from Gmail to Zoho Mail:

• First of all, log in to your Gmail account.
• Next, click on the Settings icon on the top right and select ‘See All Settings’.
• Now select the ‘Forwarding and Pop/IMAP’ tab.
• Enter your Zoho Mail email address in the Forwarding section.
• A confirmation link will be sent to Zoho Mail via Gmail.
• After clicking that link, all emails coming to your Gmail will appear on Zoho Mail.
• You can forward emails from your Gmail account to Zoho Mail as much as you want.

When you forward from Gmail to Zoho Mail, you can choose what should happen to incoming emails in the Gmail account. This means you can select ‘Keep Gmail Copy in Inbox’, which will keep the email in Gmail, or select ‘Mark Gmail Copy as read’, which will make the email appear read in Gmail, or select ‘Archive Gmail Copy’, which will archive the email in Gmail.
