What to do: Get your blood pressure checked regularly after the age of 30. Reduce salt and packaged foods in your diet and do some exercise daily. Number 3 Sticky Enemy: High Cholesterol When the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL) in the blood increases due to bad eating habits, it starts accumulating like wax in our blood veins. Due to this, the veins shrink and can get blocked, which directly causes heart attack. What to do: Avoid eating fried, spicy and processed food. Include fiber rich items like fruits, vegetables, salad and oats in your diet.
