Boil the milk and then stir: Strain the tea mixture into a separate cup. Now heat the milk separately and let it boil. Correct method of mixing: When both tea and milk are ready, first add melted jaggery (or grated jaggery poured directly into the cup) in the cup containing tea. After this, slowly add the heated milk and then pour the prepared mixture of tea leaves and ginger on top. Mix: Mix well with a spoon and your delicious jaggery tea is ready!
