Mumbai: Television actress Madhura Naik shared her thoughts on the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement. She claimed she has been advocating for peace and stated that the ending of the war was of utmost priority.
The actress, who is a part of India’s Jewish community, stated, “I’ve been advocating peace in the Middle East for 2 years since Oct 7- it’s high time and of utmost priority that we stop this war once and for all. So it’s very important to say that Hamas, must acknowledge and accept the existence of a Jewish state and learn to be peaceful neighbors! Because terror won’t get them anywhere and future is never written in blood!”
Further, she also added, “I’ve personally met the hostage families, Nama’s mother and Matans father- and MATAN( marathi jew) has come home alive today, and I hope so does Bipin Joshi.”
Madhura Naik was born to an Indian father and an Indian Israeli mother. The actress spent her childhood in Bahrain.
