He also played a supporting role in Mohanlals Empuraan. Ajayante Randam Motionm: Tovino’s Biggest Solo Hit Tovinos biggest solo hit to date was Ajayante Randam Motion (ARM 2024) directed by Jitin Lal. The film received a very good response from the audience. It earned more than Rs 100 crores worldwide. This film solidified Tovinos position in the Malayalam industry. Less than four months after the release of ARM Tovino returned with another film Identity. This action thriller starred Akhil Paul and Anas Khan. Also Trisha Krishnan appeared in Malayalam cinema after a gap of seven years. Why Identity Flopped? Identity was beaten by Marco at the box office. Unni Mukundans Marco which released two weeks prior was the only film in theatres. But still the Tovino Thomas and Trisha starrer did not do well. Although the film was praised for its technical aspects it failed to attract the audience. Later the film Rakshitham was released and Identity did not get any audience. Identity Box Office Collection In February the Kerala Film Producers Association had released information about the budget of Malayalam films and their share of the revenue generated from theatres in the state. At that time Identity had a budget of Rs 30 crore but the film had earned only Rs 3.5 crore in Kerala it said. According to a report by industry tracker SackNilk the Tovino and Trisha starrer had collected only Rs 16.51 crore worldwide.
