
New Delhi: Former PCB chief and commentator Ramiz Raja sparked controversy when he made a sarcastic remark about the glasses of 39-year-old Pakistani player Noman Ali. Commentating during the 25th over of South Africas innings Raja said Hes not wearing normal glasses; he seems to be wearing welding glasses. This was the second instance in just two days where Rajas comments made headlines. On the first day when Babar Azam was given not out and South Africa took a review Raja sarcastically remarked Yes yes now he will create drama. Noman Alis Powerful Innings Noman Ali delivered a stellar performance for Pakistan on the second day. Pakistan were all out for 378 but Noman took four wickets to bring the team back into the match. His economical bowling gave Pakistan the lead and by the end of the day South Africa were reduced to 216-6. On the third day Noman took two more wickets dismissing South Africa for 269. Pakistan took the lead and were in a safe position at 36/2 at lunch.
