Take special care in cleaning the house before Diwali 2025, know its religious significance and auspicious results.

Diwali 2025: This year Diwali will be celebrated on 20th October and with this the period of cleaning in homes is in full swing. Everyone wants that their house should not only look shining on the festival but it should also be filled with positive energy. In such a situation, people throw out useless and useless things from their house, but sometimes there is a fear in throwing away some broken things that it might bring inauspicious results.

According to Vastu Shastra, certain broken things not only increase negativity in the house but can also have a bad effect on money, health and relationships. So let us know which items should be thrown out of the house immediately while cleaning for Diwali and which should be avoided.

According to Vastu Shastra, keeping broken idols of gods and goddesses in the house is inauspicious. These should be removed during cleaning and immersed in some holy water source. Keeping them in the house can bring family discord and financial problems.

Broken chairs, tables or beds affect the energy of the house. In particular, “a broken bed can increase tension in married life.” Either get such furniture repaired or remove it from the house.

Do not throw these things on Diwali

There are some things which are considered inauspicious to remove or throw on the day of Diwali:-

shell

According to Vastu, these items are associated with the arrival of Goddess Lakshmi, and removing them on the day of Diwali can reduce the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.
