The Jamadar Grade-II recruitment has been announced for the Rajasthan Excise Department. 64 posts are reserved for non-scheduled areas and 8 for scheduled areas. The selection process includes a written examination, physical test, document verification, and medical examination.
To apply for this position, candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board. They must also have completed an O-level or other high-level certificate course in computers. Degrees/diplomas/certificates in COPA and computers are also valid.
Age Limit
Applying candidates must be at least 18 years of age and a maximum of 40 years of age. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per rules.
Physical Standards
Male candidates must have a minimum height of 168 cm and a chest measurement of 81 cm (including 5 cm expansion). For women, the minimum height is 152 cm and the minimum weight is 47.5 kg.
Salary
Jamadar Grade-II will be paid a salary under Pay Matrix Level-05 as per the Seventh Pay Commission by the State Government. Government accommodation, vehicle, medical and other allowances will also be provided.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on a written examination, physical test, document verification, and medical examination. Candidates must pass all these stages.
Application Fee
General and Creamy Layer OBC/OBC candidates will be required to pay an application fee of ₹6,000. Non-Creamy Layer OBC, MBC, EWS, and PwD candidates will be required to pay an application fee of ₹400.
