
The weather has become slightly cool. These days there is a need to take special care of health. Turmeric: The problem of joint pain starts in winter itself. The waist starts getting stiff and the legs start getting jammed. Even walking becomes difficult. If you want to avoid these problems then eat 1 laddu daily. This laddu is not an ordinary sweet laddu but it is a pain relieving laddu. It is prepared and eaten especially during cold days. It is prepared by mixing dry fruits, gum, asli, fenugreek and dry ginger. By eating just one laddu daily, all the pain in your body will go away. Eating this laddu will keep the body warm. Know the recipe of making fenugreek and dry ginger laddus.
Recipe for making fenugreek laddus
Material- To make laddu, you have to take 3/4 cup fenugreek seeds, wash it with water and soak it in milk. Take about 500 grams of jaggery, 1 cup of gram flour, 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of desi ghee, half cup of gum, 2 teaspoons of dry ginger, half cup of cashews, half cup of walnuts, half cup of almonds and ground green cardamom powder for fragrance.
First step- To make laddu, soak fenugreek thoroughly in about 2 cups of milk. If you want, you can grind fenugreek first and soak it in milk. If fenugreek has been soaked whole, then put it in a mixer and grind it coarsely.
Second step- Put ghee in a pan and add almonds and fry them. Turn the gas on medium flame and fry the almonds while stirring. Now lightly fry cashew nuts in the same pan. After this fry the walnuts. Now fry the gum on low flame while stirring continuously. The gum should be roasted from inside. So that food does not feel sticky.
Third step- Now add ground fenugreek to the remaining ghee and add fenugreek while stirring continuously. If the ghee is too less then add some more ghee and fry the fenugreek lightly. Fenugreek will start releasing ghee when roasted. Now add dry ginger powder and fry the fenugreek some more. After removing fenugreek, mix flour and gram flour in the same pan and fry. Add remaining ghee in it. If ghee is less then add 1-2 spoons more. Fry the flour until it turns golden and take it out.
Fourth step- Now add 1 spoon ghee in the pan and add chopped jaggery in it. Add 1 spoon water to melt the jaggery and wait till it melts. Till then put all the dry fruits in the mixer and grind them coarsely. Crush the gum by pressing it lightly with a bowl. Keep the glue a little thick. Just melt the jaggery and do not overcook it. As soon as the jaggery melts, turn off the gas and then mix all the ingredients in the jaggery. When it cools down slightly, mix everything well with hands and then make laddus from it.
Very tasty fenugreek and dry ginger laddus are ready. You can eat these every day in winter. Eating just one laddu with milk every day will relieve your body pain and joint pain. These laddus are eaten to keep the body warm in winter.
