
Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Final Day to Apply for 7,500 Vacancies, Check Eligibility, Exam Pattern & Process
The Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2025 is closing today, October 21, 2025. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that online applications will not be accepted after midnight. Candidates who haven’t applied yet can still submit their forms through the official SSC website — ssc.nic.in before the window closes.
This recruitment drive is one of the biggest opportunities this year for aspirants seeking a stable government job in the security sector. A total of 7,565 constable posts are available, including 5,069 posts for men and 2,496 for women.

The Delhi Police recruitment board has released category-wise and gender-wise vacancy details. Out of the total 7,565 posts, 3,174 are unreserved. The detailed classification is as follows:

Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

Education Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board or institution.

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old as of July 1, 2025 (born between July 2, 2000, and July 1, 2007).

The Delhi Police Constable selection will be carried out through four stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Medical Examination
Only candidates who qualify in each round will progress to the next stage.
Exam Pattern (CBT)The CBT will include 100 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
