Make 1 kg ghee from cream in minutes without mixer or churner, note the step by step process.

Do you know that pure, aromatic desi ghee can be made from homemade cream in just a few minutes, that too without any machine, churner or curd? Today we will tell you an easy way by which you can make pure ghee from the cream collected daily. Ghee can be made even without a mixer or churner. Let us tell you the step by step process.
Method of making desi ghee:
- First step: First of all, store the cream in the fridge for ten days. One kilo of ghee will easily be produced in ten days of creaming.
- Second step: Take out the cream from the refrigerator and pour it into a big pan. Now put the pan on the gas and turn it on. When the cream melts completely, turn off the gas. Keep in mind that the gas flame should be low.
- third step: Now when the cream melts well, place a big glass filled with ice in it. Now, keep the pan along with the glass in your refrigerator for 7 to 8 hours.
- Fourth step: After the stipulated time, remove the pan from the refrigerator. You will see that the ghee has completely stuck due to keeping it in the refrigerator. Keep the pan at normal temperature for some time. When the water in the glass melts, remove it.
- Fifth step: Now pour glass water into the hole made in the pan and drain the cream water thoroughly. Now turn on the gas and keep the pan and add frozen ghee in it. When ghee starts bubbling, turn off the gas. Desi ghee is ready.
