It is true that we are unknowingly consuming such things which are leading us towards fatal diseases like cancer. It is worth noting that most of these things are to modern lifestyle.

Vegetables and fruits grown from dirty sewage water are laden with excessive use of pesticides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Use of DDT, nitrate and phosphate in fields increases the risk of cancer.

Although the coating of non-stick utensils helps in cooking with less oil, it is made of poly tetrafluoroethylene, which can increase the risk of cancer. The smoke emanating from these utensils can be harmful for pregnant women and can reduce the immunity.
