Material (Crispy Ginger Garlic Paneer Recipe)
- Paneer – 200 grams (cut into cubes)
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon, finely chopped or grated
- Garlic – 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Green chilli – 1, finely chopped
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 1 tablespoon
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Oil – for frying

Method (Crispy Ginger Garlic Paneer Recipe)
- Make a thick paste by adding cornflour, flour, soy sauce, red chili sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and some water in a bowl.
- Now add paneer pieces to it and mix well so that every piece gets coated with this mixture. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer pieces on medium flame until they become golden and crisp. Take them out and keep them on tissue paper so that excess oil gets removed.
- Put some oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for 30 seconds. Now add fried paneer, sprinkle lemon juice and some black pepper powder on top. Mix everything gently.
- Serve it with hot chili sauce or mint mayo. Top with finely chopped coriander and watch every bite pack an explosion of crunch and flavour!
