SSC CHSL Exam 2025 City Intimation Slip Released: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam city intimation slip for Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier 1 Exam 2025. Candidates who have applied for this examination and are going to appear in this examination can now download their city slip by visiting the official website of SSC, ssc.gov.in. If you do not like the allotted city, then there is also a chance to complain. At the same time, SSC has also started the registration process for the candidates who want to avail the scribe facility. Read further to know the details.

How was the exam center allotted for SSC CHSL Exam 2025?

Candidates who had earlier opted for 'Slot Selection' have been given the exam city and date accordingly. However, due to some technical reasons the shift has been changed. That is, they have been given the same city but the date or shift of the exam may be different. At the same time, every effort has been made to allot the candidates who had chosen the Alternative City of Examination as per their choice. Those candidates who could not make slot selection have been given city, date and shift as per availability.

SSC has said that almost all the candidates have been given centers as per the city preference given in their application. If any candidate has not got the city of his choice, he can lodge his complaint through the feedback portal available on the Commission's website till 8 November 2025, 11 pm. If slots are available, the Commission may re-allocate such candidates.

Registration for scribe begins

SSC has started the registration process for the candidates who want to avail the scribe facility. Now this registration is linked with Aadhaar authentication. That is, every scribe will have to register afresh. SSC has said that for the CHSL 2025 exam, candidates will have to provide their scribe's registration number so that their entry pass can be generated. Apart from this, the maximum age limit of scribes has now been fixed as per the new policy of the Commission.

How to check details of your exam city

• First of all go to SSC website ssc.gov.in.
• Click on the login link and enter your login credentials.
• After logging in, details of your exam city will appear on the screen.
• Download it and take a print out so that it is useful when needed.

SSC CHSL Exam 2025: When will admit cards be released?

According to the information given by SSC, CHSL Tier-1 exam will be conducted on 12 November 2025. Its admit card will be released 3-4 days before the exam i.e. around 8th or 9th November 2025. Candidates are advised to keep checking the SSC website regularly so that they can get all the updates on time.
