M3M India is investing Rs 7,200 crore to develop Gurgaon International City (GIC), a 150-acre mixed-use urban ecosystem on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. The project aims to attract global tech corporations and will feature data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail, and premium residential zones, with a topline expected to reach Rs 12,000 crore.

The company is expected to generate a topline of around Rs 12,000 crore.

Located on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, Gurgaon International City (GIC) will be a mixed-use urban ecosystem integrating data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail avenues, and premium residential zones.


“Our vision is to attract global corporations such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tesla; enterprises that represent the future of innovation and responsible growth. Gurgaon International City (GIC) is designed as a globally benchmarked destination where technology, sustainability, and human-centric design converge,” said Pankaj Bansal, promoter, M3M India.

The first phase of project spanning 50acres is RERA-approved and will include 300 plots.

The township will host non-polluting industrial units, advanced manufacturing facilities, and technology-driven businesses aligned with India’s new industrial and digital policy priorities. The masterplan promotes green mobility through dedicated cycling tracks, shaded pedestrian corridors, and solar-powered street infrastructure ensuring a healthy, low-carbon environment for future residents and enterprises.

M3M India has a portfolio of over 62 projects, including 40 completed developments spanning 20 million sq. ft.
