Delhi: The Hong Kong Super Sixes Tournament 2025 had started, in which the teams of India and Pakistan faced each other in the Pool C match. In this exciting match, the Indian team defeated Pakistan by 2 runs under the Duckworth-Lewis rule.

In this match, Pakistani team captain Abbas Afridi won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, India scored 86 runs losing 4 wickets in 6 overs. Robin Uthappa played the highest innings of 28 runs for the Indian team. Mohammad Shahzad was the most successful bowler from Pakistan, who took 2 wickets in his name.

Rain stopped the game, India won by DLS

Chasing the target, Pakistan team had scored 41 runs at the loss of one wicket in three overs. Meanwhile, it started raining and the game had to be stopped, when the match could not be restarted, India was declared the winner by 2 runs on the basis of Duckworth-Lewis rule.

Team India will now play its next match in Pool C against Kuwait on 8 November.
