The entertainment industry is currently in deep mourning after the demise of veteran Bollywood personality Zarine Khan wife of actor-filmmaker Sanjay Khan and mother of interior designer Sussanne Khan and actor Zayed Khan. Known for her elegant and graceful personality Zarine’s demise has left a deep void in both the film and social circles. In the 1963 film Tere Ghar Ke Saamne she played Dev Anand’s secretary Jenny Farnandes. Besides acting she was also an author and wrote a book Family Secrets: The Khan Family Cookbook which gave readers a peek into the Khan family’s cherished recipes and culinary traditions. Soon after the news of her passing broke several Bollywood celebrities including Neelam Raveena Tandon Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani Hrithik Roshan and his girlfriend Saba were spotted arriving at the Khan residence to pay their last respects.
