Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Gram flour – 1 tablespoon,
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp,
Curd – 2 tbsp,
Rose water – 1-2 teaspoons,
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

How to make Ubtan

You can make Ubtan with these ingredients, its recipe is very easy.

• To make Ubtan, first of all add rice flour, gram flour and turmeric in a clean bowl.
• Now prepare a smooth paste by mixing curd and rose water in it.
• If your skin is very oily, you can also add lemon juice.
• After this, make the paste so that it is neither too thin nor too thick. Just in this easy way your Ubtan will be ready.

How to apply Ubtan

You can easily apply this homemade paste after making it.

1. For this, first of all you faces Wash it with clean water and dry it.
2. Now apply the paste gently on the face and neck.
3. Let the paste dry for at least 15–20 minutes.
4. After drying, massage gently and wash with lukewarm water.
5. After this apply a light moisturizer.
