If we look at the basic steps, stand behind the hammock and put your feet inside first. Then slowly swing the body. Initially, start in a sitting position (like chair asana) and sit on the hammock with your legs spread. Then try inversion (hanging upside down). Wrap the fabric around the waist and lower your head and hold it with your hands. Hold for 5-10 deep breaths.

The practice of aerial yoga provides many benefits, although experts advise pregnant women and high blood pressure patients to do it with caution or under supervision. Stress, anxiety and depression reduce and sleep improves.
