Although the company has not yet stated timeline, it is expected that the new model will not wait much.

Starting with its design, the Kushaq Facelift was recently spotted testing, which has led to considerable speculation about its design. The changes won’t be major, but they will certainly be noticeable. The new Kushaq is expected to feature refreshed headlamps and taillamps, slightly redesigned bumpers, new alloy wheels, and some modern cosmetic touches.

Let me tell you that changes in Interior are going to be more important than design. Skoda can bring a new dashboard layout to give Cabin more modern feel. Improvement in quality can also be seen. The most highlight-worthy features will be large touchscreen infotainment system, 360-degree camera, ADAS suite and Panoramic sunroof may be included.

Engine

Skoda in Powertrain is not going to do any experience. Facelifted Kushaq will give the same trusted engines. But the big news is that Skoda plans to change its 6-speed TC automatic to bring an 8-speed TC gearbox.

In addition, a cheaper 6-speed manual with 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine is also to come, which will become quite attractive package for buyers. The same 1.5-litre engine option in Lower trims would be like a jackpot for those who like performance.

Skoda has not declared launch date official, but according to industry reports, the new Kushaq may appear on Indian roads by 2026. Feature updates and cosmetic improvements will also cost the price. Its expanded price increase will be approximately ₹30,000 to ₹1.5 lakh.
