Baghpat: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, in which a newly married woman has made serious allegations against her husband and in-laws of gang rape, acid attack and attempt to murder.
The victim alleges that her gambling-addicted husband not only tarnished her reputation by placing a bet on her at the gambling table, but also after losing, eight persons gang-raped her one by one. Apart from this, her father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law also committed inhuman atrocities on her.
Narrating her ordeal, the victim said that she was married to Danish of Khiwai village of Meerut on 24 October 2024, but within a few days of marriage, hell started in her life. Husband Danish was an alcoholic and gambling addict, and after losing in gambling he betted her at the gambling table.
It is alleged that after losing gambling, she was gang-raped by eight persons, three of whom are Umesh Gupta, Monu and Anshul from Ghaziabad. Apart from this, father-in-law Yameen forcibly had relations with her and said that if she did not bring necessary things in dowry then she would have to agree to everything. Brother-in-law Shahid and Nandoi also had forced relations.
The victim also alleges that when she became pregnant, her in-laws forcibly aborted her. At present, she has reached the SP office demanding justice.
