Amit Shah stressed the need for states to work jointly on issues like law and order, border security, counter-narcotics, cyber crime and infrastructure development.

Border security and police coordination
A proposal was made to further strengthen the security arrangements on the Rajasthan-Punjab, Rajasthan-Haryana and Rajasthan-Gujarat borders.
Industrial corridor and road connectivity
The Chief Minister urged the Center to industrial corridor, logistics hub And highway network Should be given more priority.
Water management and resource sharing
Rajasthan suggested joint policy with other states on water-sharing, catchment area development and drought-management.
Strict action on drugs
CM Sharma suggested forming an integrated task force among the states of North India to break the drug network.
A total of more than 34 issues were discussed in detail in the meeting. The main topics among these were –

States discussed common strategy for joint police operations in border areas.

Consensus was reached on prevention of fake call centres, digital fraud and cyber crime networks.

The states emphasized on accelerating shared water-resources, transmission lines and inter-state highway projects.
, Industrial Investment and Employment
It was decided to reduce trade barriers between states and promote MSME development.

The state sought support from the Center in the new mining policy to promote mineral-based industries.

Urged to expedite water, irrigation and road projects in Thar region.

The Chief Minister demanded an inter-state tourism circuit for tourism development.
