SAIL Recruitment: Steel Authority of India Limited has invited applications from dynamic youth for 124 Management Trainee (Technical) positions under the E-1 grade.

Required Qualifications

Candidates with an engineering/technology degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 65 percent marks in the relevant subject are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 28 years. Age will be calculated as of December 5, 2025. Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will initially receive a basic salary of ₹50,000 per month. After successfully completing one year of training, candidates promoted to the position of Assistant Manager will be placed on a salary scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month.

Candidates will be selected based on a computer-based online written examination, group discussion, interview, and medical test. See the notification for details.
