Ingredients for Mint Makhana- For your information, let us tell you that to make mint makhana at home, you will need 2 cups of makhana, one big spoon mint powder, half teaspoon black salt, a little salt, half teaspoon roasted cumin powder, half teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, one teaspoon oil or ghee and half teaspoon lemon juice.
How to make spicy Makhana Namkeen- Add oil or ghee in a pan and slow down the flame. After this, add makhana in the pan and fry them well for about 5-8 minutes. When the makhana becomes crunchy, you can turn off the gas. Now you have to take mint powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder and a little salt in a bowl. After this, you have to heat oil or ghee in a pan and mix this mixture of spices with roasted makhanas in it.
Enjoy in snacks- To enhance the taste of mint makhanas, you can also add lemon juice at the end. Due to the addition of lemon juice, all the spices will be coated well on the makhanas.
