Materials:
- Kharik
- Almonds
- milk
- granulated sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Saffron sticks
- ghee

Action:
- To make kharik badam kheer first, heat ghee in a pan and fry finely chopped kharik and almonds separately.
- Almonds will not turn black after roasting on low flame. Apart from this, add ghee while roasting dry fruits. Keep the roasted food to cool.
- After cooling, pour it into a mixer bowl and make a fine powder. Put the water in the pot to heat.
- Add kharik powder and almond powder to hot water and keep it for cooking. Turn off the gas after cooking.
- Heat the milk in a pan. After the milk is heated and reduced to half, add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron sticks and mix well.
- Pour the prepared mixture in hot milk and boil it properly. After boiling, the pudding will start to thicken gradually.
- Kharik badam kheer made in a simple way is ready.
