The car scored 14.33 out of 16 in frontal offset deformable barrier testing, indicating good protection for the driver and front passenger. The Amaze also scored 14 out of 16 in the Side Movable Deformable Barrier test. The car has also passed the side pole impact test.

Honda Amaze scores 40.81 out of 49 in Child Occupant Protection. So its dynamic score was 23.81 out of 24.
