There is considerable buzz surrounding the first day of the Parliament session. Opposition parties, including the Congress, the second-largest party in the House, are expected to attack the BJP government on several issues. However, the central government’s primary focus is on the proposed discussion on the 150th anniversary of the national song, Vande Mataram. The government wants to discuss this song in Parliament. Narendra Modi raised this issue a few days ago, accusing the Congress of removing certain lines in 1937.
