For the first time in its 33-year history, Nam Long is presenting its full portfolio of integrated urban townships and ecosystems through an “experience integrated” format that combines presentation technologies with multi-sensory installations. The event aims to give customers and partners an overview of the group’s development trajectory and planned direction.
Nam Long Journey 2025 highlights the group’s current approach to integrated urban development, which has evolved over more than three decades. The event outlines Nam Long’s focus areas in planning, amenities, smart-living applications, and community-oriented design as it seeks to strengthen its position in Vietnam’s urban development market.

Organized around three themes – Iginite the Journey, Discover the Core, and Experience the Lifestyle – the event is designed to present Nam Long’s core values and long-term planning principles. Through curated displays, visitors can explore the group’s integrated townships, which are planned around key functions including living, working, learning, recreation, and shopping. Multi-sensory simulations offer a preview of the types of homes and environments envisioned for Nam Long’s next development phases.
A range of presentation technologies is used across the venue. These include an interactive digital heritage wall equipped with motion sensors, highlighting milestones from the company’s 33-year history. Several major township projects – Mizuki Park, Waterpoint, Izumi City, and Elyse Island – are showcased through installations incorporating sound, lighting, and scent elements to convey each project’s character.

To support visitors, each attendee receives a Journey Passport, a digital companion tool that includes a 3D map, navigation features, detailed information for each exhibition zone, and the main-stage agenda. It also enables users to complete preference surveys and schedule consultation sessions with the sales team.
The three-day program includes several key activities:
– Dec. 5: Opening ceremony; NLG Day – an information exchange event between Nam Long and investors; and Legacy Night – a program for owners of Legacy Collection properties.
– Dec. 6: Launch events for new projects including Solaria Rise (Waterpoint 355 ha), Trellia Cove (Mizuki Park 26 ha), and a presentation on the Vietnam residential market in 2026 by CBRE.
– Dec. 7: Sales event for the Izumi Canaria low-rise project (Izumi City 170 ha), a session led by the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Closing Ceremony.
According to Lucas Loh, Group CEO of Nam Long Group, the event reflects the company’s aim to provide information and guidance for customers seeking housing, lifestyle upgrades, investment opportunities, or partnerships across its urban developments.
Nam Long Journey 2025 marks the beginning of a planned series of annual large-scale events as the group pursues its long-term goal of becoming a leading integrated urban developer in Vietnam and the region.
