Delhi MCD 2025 Election Winners List: The results of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) by-elections were announced on Wednesday, reflecting the shifting political mood in the capital. Out of the 12 seats where polling was held on 30 November, the BJP secured a dominant victory with seven seats, followed by the AAP with three wins, while the Congress and the All India Forward Bloc (AIFB) won one seat each.

Security was stepped up with round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, paramilitary forces and Delhi Police personnel guarding the EVM strong rooms.

Delhi MCD Bypolls: Where Counting Took Place
The State Election Commission set up 10 counting centres across the city, including Kanjhawala, Pitampura, Bharat Nagar, Civil Lines, Rouse Avenue, Dwarka, Najafgarh, Gole Market, Pushp Vihar and Mandawali.Security was stepped up with round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, paramilitary forces and Delhi Police personnel guarding the EVM strong rooms.
Delhi MCD Bypolls: Voter Turnout
The by-election recorded a 38.51% voter turnout, lower than the 50.47% turnout seen in the 2022 MCD elections. Around 700 officials were deployed for counting, in addition to dedicated space for candidates and their authorised counting agents.Full List of Winners – MCD By-Elections 2025
