But it should be understood that this diet is not equally beneficial for every person.

Many times people adopt plant-based diet without proper guidance just to follow the trend. Due to which their body starts deficient in essential nutrients like protein, vitamin B12, iron and omega-3. The doctor of Regency Hospital said that especially children, pregnant women, elderly and athletes should not follow this type of diet without expert advice. Due to this, instead of profit, they may also suffer loss.
