Arsenal's injury problems in defence have gone from bad to worse after Cristhian Mosquera came off in the first half of their game with Brentford on Wednesday night.
The Gunners headed into the match without their first-choice defensive pairing of Gabriel and William Saliba. Mosquera and Piero Hincapie have deputised in their absence - but the former could now be about to join them on the sidelines.
Mosquera, 21, was seen struggling just before the half-time interval. And he was swiftly withdrawn for Jurrien Timber, though the severity of the issue that led to him coming off remains to be seen.

Saliba missed out on Sunday's 1-1 draw with Chelsea after picking up a knock in training on the eve of the game.
Arteta was giving little away over his status ahead of the Brentford game on Tuesday morning, though he did appear hopeful that the France international would be back in the fold within "a matter of days".
The Arsenal boss said of Saliba: “I am not going to be able to help you much today, because we have another training session later and, until that happens, we won’t know what is going to happen with a few of the doubts we have.
“He had a little niggle, but I think it is going to be a matter of days. So, let’s see if he is able to do that tomorrow.
“The ankle one (the injury Saliba had in August) was a really random one, a very unlucky action that kept him out for a few weeks. He tried at Anfield and he wasn’t comfortable, and he had to stay away. And this one as well is very bizarre, but hopefully it will be a matter of days.”
