But today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Mugadali Shira in Sajuk Ghee. The taste of moogdali is very beautiful. If you want to make any sweet dish with minimum ingredients, you can make Mung Dal Shira. Mung bean is easily digestible. People suffering from diabetes or other health problems do not consume too much sugary foods. For such patients, you can make an easy-to-digest tastier vein of mung bean. Materials:

  • Soaked Mugdal
  • jaggery
  • dry fruits
  • Cardamom powder
  • Nutmeg powder
  • milk

Action:

  • To make Mugdal Shira, first of all, soak Mugdal in water overnight. After waking up in the morning, finely chop the mugdal.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add finely chopped mugdal and fry it on low flame. Roast the dal properly until the water in the dal is completely gone.
  • Roasting the dal in ghee makes it grainy and does not increase the stickiness of the dal.
  • After the dal is roasted properly, heat water and milk and add it. After that cover it and cook the vein.
  • After cooking the veena on low flame for 10 minutes, add jaggery, dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder as required and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame after the veena is cooked on low flame. Ready is the easy method of making a rich taste of moogdali.
