The complaint of land acquisition of farmers without compensation in Ayodhya reached Nitin Gadkari, the minister assured SP MP Awadhesh Prasad of investigation.

Ayodhya. The matter of land acquisition of farmers for 84 Kosi Parikrama in Milkipur assembly constituency of Ayodhya district in UP has reached Delhi. Samajwadi Party’s Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad has given a complaint letter to Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari demanding action in this regard.

MP Prasad told Minister Gadkari that the land of thousands of farmers in Milkipur Assembly constituency is being acquired without proper compensation in the name of 84 Kosi Parikrama. He also informed that bulldozers are being run on the residential houses of farmers also, due to which there is huge anger among the local people.

The MP requested the Union Minister to immediately stop the bulldozer action until the farmers get proper compensation. He also demanded strict action against the guilty officials in this case.

Awadhesh Prasad said that land of many farmers has been acquired under 84 Kosi Parikrama, but till now all the affected people have not received compensation. He also accused the local administration of ignoring the problems of the farmers.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has assured investigation on the complaint of MP Awadhesh Prasad. He said that the farmers who have not received compensation will be given the same and no poor person’s house will be demolished without proper compensation.
