Tech NewsLenovo has launched its latest Lenovo Idea Tab Plus tablet in India, and pre-booking of this device is currently going on. This device comes in two storage options and two color options with Dimensity 6400 Processor and 12.1″ 2.5K LCD display.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus tablet has a slim and light design, measuring 6.29mm thick and weighing 530gm. It features a 12.1″ 2.5K LCD display that supports 90Hz refresh rate, 96% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 800nits high brightness mode. The special thing is that the display is TUV Rhineland-certified and is an eye-safe display with low blue light and accurate color visuals. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, paired with 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. MicroSD card support up to 2TB can also be found in the device.

The device runs Android 15 operating system out of the box (with the promise of two years of Android OS upgrades). Talking about its battery specifications, it has a large 10200mAh battery, and it has 45W fast charge support. The device is also claimed to have up to 13 hours of YouTube streaming time. 13MP rear/8MP front cameras, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, 5G network, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 are also being provided.

The Idea Tab Plus tablet features Lenovo Smart Connect functionality, and can be used for easy file sharing through the Share Hub, easy navigation through Cross Control, streaming of Android apps on Windows, and instant copy and paste with the Smart Clipboard. Talking about its AI features, Circle to Search, Google Gemini integration, Translate without switching apps, and Lenovo AI Notes are provided. The device also features Lenovo Notepad, Squid, Nebo, and MyScript calculators, and will come with the Lenovo Tab Pen inside the box.

The 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB storage variants of the Lenovo Idea Tab Plus tablet are priced at INR 27,999 (original list price – INR 40,001) and INR 30,999 (original list price – INR 45,001) respectively. Pre-bookings for the device are currently live on the brand’s official website, and the Amazon listing also confirms that it will be available on the shopping platform as well. Apart from this, the tablet also comes with benefits like Rs 1,186 My Lenovo Rewards and Buy Now Pay Later (INR 2,333/INR 2,583 over 12 months). Cloud Gray and Luna Gray color options are available.
