Golgappa water: If you go out to eat golgappas, your health can be badly affected due to poor hygiene. You can buy Golgappa packets from outside and easily fry them like chips at home. Golgappa water will also be required to accompany Golgappa. Let us tell you that to make Golgappa water at home, you will need half cup mint leaves, juice of one lemon, one spoon boondi, 3 to 4 green chillies, one spoon roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and a pinch of asafoetida.
Step 1- First of all, wash and clean half a cup of mint leaves thoroughly. After this put mint leaves in the mixer.
Second step- Also add green chillies to this mixer. After this, take out the seeds of the lemon and add its juice to the mixture.
Third step- Salt and black salt will also be added to the mixer as per your taste. To enhance the taste of Golgappa water, also add cumin powder and asafoetida.
Fourth Step- Now you have to add cold water and ice cubes in the mixer. You have to turn on the mixer and grind everything well.
Fifth Step- If you want to make this water exactly like that of a cart seller, then at the end add boondi in this Golgappa water.
Golgappa water will be prepared in just 15 to 20 minutes. Now immediately fill Golgappa with this spicy water and enjoy.
