JDU high command is angry with KC Tyagi’s statements: Senior JDU leader KC Tyagi had recently demanded to give Bharat Ratna to CM Nitish Kumar. For this he also wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi. But, due to this stand of Tyagi, JDU has lost its upper hand. Party spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan has described his recent statements and steps as personal. He even said that JDU workers do not know whether KC Tyagi is active in the party or not.

On KC Tyagi’s statement, the party’s national spokesperson Rajeev Ranjan Prasad said, “Recently several statements of KC Tyagi have come to light. These do not reflect the official stand or policies of the party. Therefore, his statements should be considered as given in his personal capacity. It is also important to note that even the party leaders and workers do not know whether he is currently active in the party or not, which further confirms that his statements are completely personal.”
If sources are to be believed, KC Tyagi had recently supported Bangladeshi cricketer Mustafizur Rahman and demanded to give Bharat Ratna to CM Nitish Kumar without the consent of the party. Due to which the JDU high command is very angry. The party does not want to take direct action against him for indiscipline, because Tyagi has long political experience and is a senior leader of the party. However, due to Tyagi’s statements, JDU has started losing its upper hand.
