A Loose Women star appears remarkably different in a photograph taken a decade ago.
The viral social media phenomenon dubbed "2026 is the new 2016" has prompted people to scroll through their archives, searching for images or footage that best encapsulate their lives from ten years past.
From famous faces to everyday individuals, social media users have been embracing the trend by declaring 2026 as the new 2016 through their uploads.
During Friday's edition (January 16) of the ITV daytime programme, Kaye Adams, GK Barry, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore participated in the trend.
The quartet unearthed photographs from 2016, with viewer favourite GK, whose real name is Grace Keeling, appearing strikingly different.
The internet personality captured herself striking poses before her mirror in a selfie taken at age 16.

contestant bears little resemblance to her current blonde-haired appearance.
In the snapshot, Grace wore torn black skinny jeans paired with a khaki jumper and black parka jacket.
Nadia, Kaye and Jane likewise revealed throwback images from ten years ago, with Jane pictured alongside the late Dame Barbara Windsor on her MBE day, whilst Nadia struck a pose wearing a blue wig backstage at Loose Women.
Kaye posted a festive photograph of herself and colleague Nadia in coordinating outfits. Competition host Jeff Brazier also contributed by sharing a holiday picture of himself with his sons on a St Kitts beach.
Bobby and Freddie Brazier are set to appear on the show. This follows the ITV programme's return in 2026 without a studio audience.
After hundreds of job losses, ITV's changes have been fully implemented, with shows moving from their old studios in west London to a more compact location in Covent Garden, where there is no space for an audience. Loose Women is broadcast on weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX at 12.30pm.
