New Delhi: The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has issued a threat to Bollywood singer B Prak. They reportedly demanded a sum of Rs 10 crore from him. The message regarding the ‘protection money’ was sent to singer Dilnoor.
Convey our message to B Prak: Bishnoi gang tells singer Dilnoor
The Bishnoi gang reportedly asked for extortion money to be paid latest by 1 week. They warned that no matter where the singer goes and how much he tries to run away from the gang, they would trace him and ‘harm him.’ They further warned that the singer should not consider it as a fake call.
They warned that if the singer ‘does not cooperate’ with them he will be destroyed completely.
Singer Dilnoor approached the police soon after receiving the threat message. He said that he received a call and a text message threatening B Praak. He said that the caller identified himself as Aarju Bishnoi. The complainant told police that he received the text message on January 6. Before that he received 2 calls from the miscreants on January 5.
Dilnoor said that he did not pick up 2 calls he received on January 5. The next day on January 6, he received a blank call from an unknown number. Later, a voice message threatening Praak was sent on his mobile phone.
Bishnoi gang’s message for Bollywood singer
The voice message was sent to Dilnoor by a man named, Aarju Bishnoi. He is a member of the Bishnoi gang and is reportedly hiding in some foreign country.
Aarju is heard saying, “Hello, I am Aarju Bishnoi. Message B Praak that he needs to pay Rs 10 crore. You have a week’s time. No matter which country you hide in, we will harm anyone related to him (Praak). Do not take this as a fake call. If he cooperates with us then it’s ok, otherwise he will be reduced to dust. Do tell him this.”
Following this voice note, Dilnoor gave a written complaint to ACP Mohali. Police are now investigating the matter.
The Bishnoi gang has tried to spread terror across the country. With the beginning of the new year 2026, the gang reportedly fired 25 rounds of bullets in Rohini area of Delhi outside the house of a businessman. This firing was done by a gang member at 6 pm in the evening. Post this a gym owner in Pashim Vihar and another businessman in East Delhi was targeted by the gang. The modus operandi in both cases remained the same. Initially they were also threatened over call and then bullets were fired outside their home.
The Delhi Police managed to arrest the 2 miscreants involved in these firings, following an encounter.
